TUKORS uses ZOOM as a video lesson medium to ensure stable lessons. In addition, all tutors active on the TUKORS platform are required to use the ZOOM paid service. Therefore, TUKORS operates the ZOOM support fund program to compensate for the service costs paid by tutors.

We suggest that tutors familiarize themselves with the ZOOM support fund program details before teaching their first course. Below are the details for this program.

1. ZOOM support funds are paid monthly. Because tutors pay for Zoom services every month, TUKORS also provides monthly support funding to tutors.

2. The upper limit of the ZOOM support fund paid per month is USD 16. The ZOOM monthly fee is USD 15.99. This is why TUKORS supports up to USD 16 per tutor per month.

3. For every $10 tuition the tutor receives from the student, $1 is established as a ZOOM support fund. You must teach lessons worth over $160 monthly to obtain the total ZOOM support fund.

4. Calculate the support fund by setting a range in $10 increments. Discard $1 units. For example, if the monthly tuition for two tutors is $91 and $99, respectively, the support fund paid to each of them will be $9.

5. Lessons that last less than 1 hour are excluded from the support fund calculations. Lesson fees for 30-minute lessons are not counted when calculating support funds because 30-minute lessons can also be performed using the free ZOOM service. To receive the entire ZOOM support fund, encourage students to sign up for lessons that are one hour long.

6. The support fund is calculated based on the tuition for lessons taught from the 1st to the last day of each month and is paid when lecture fees are settled. For related information, please refer to How do I withdraw lecture fees?

TUKORS에서는 안정적인 수업의 진행을 위해 ZOOM을 화상수업 매체로 이용하고 있습니다. 그리고 TUKORS 플랫폼에서 활동하는 모든 튜터들에게 ZOOM 유료서비스 이용을 강제하고 있습니다. 그 대신 TUKORS는 튜터들이 지불한 유료서비스 비용을 보전해주기 위해 ZOOM 보조금 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다.

튜터들은 첫 강의를 시작하기 전 ZOOM 보조금 프로그램의 세부 내용에 대해 숙지하는 것을 제안합니다. 아래는 ZOOM 보조금 프로그램의 세부 내역입니다.

1. ZOOM 보조금은 매달 지급합니다. 튜터는 매달 ZOOM 유료서비스 비용을 지불하기 때문에 TUKORS도 튜터들에게 매달 보조금을 지급합니다.

2. 한달에 지급하는 ZOOM 보조금의 상한선은 USD $16 입니다. ZOOM 월 이용료는 USD $15.99입니다. 그래서 TUKORS는 매월 튜터 한명당 최고 USD $16까지 지원합니다.

3. 튜터가 학생으로부터 지불 받은 수업료 $10 당 $1씩 ZOOM 보조금으로 정립됩니다. ZOOM 보조금을 모두 받기 위해서는 한달에 $160 이상의 수업을 진행해야 합니다.

4. $10 단위로 구간을 정하여 보조금을 산출합니다. $1 단위는 버립니다. 예를 들어, 강의료 합이 $91이나 $99이나 모두 $90 보조금인 $9을 지급합니다)

5. 1회 수업 시간이 1시간 미만인 수업은 보조금 계산에서 제외합니다. 30분 단위 수업의 수업료는 보조금 계산 시 카운트하지 않습니다. 30분 단위 수업은 ZOOM 무료서비스로도 이용할 수 있기 때문입니다. ZOOM 보조금을 모두 받으려면 학생들에게 회당 1시간 길이의 수업을 신청하도록 유도하십시오.
