How a tutor sets up a lesson before it starts

In TUKORS, for a tutor to teach a student during the scheduled class time, some pre-class setup must be done. Here, we will explain how a tutor can create a ZOOM meeting room on time and invite students.

To take lessons at TUKORS, you must proceed in the following order.

1. Load the Lesson Platform

For scheduled lessons whose time is approaching, the lesson list is updated in order of day and time in the student list on the left side of the Lesson Management page. When you click on one of these lessons, information about the scheduled lesson and various control buttons appear on the right side of the page. Among these control buttons is the Enter Lesson Platform button. Click these buttons to bring up the Lesson Platform.

2. Enter the ZOOM invitation link

The loaded Lesson Platform is in the form of a pop-up window. Information about the lesson is provided in the center of the window, and the Start Lesson button is at the bottom. When you click the Start Lesson button, a new input box and Upload button will be created next to it, wherein you can enter the ZOOM invitation link. Paste the ZOOM invitation link into this input box and press the Upload button.

3. Waiting for students

You are ready for the lesson if you have completed step 2 above. You can now wait for your student in the ZOOM meeting room where you copied the ZOOM invitation link. Students will enter your ZOOM meeting room through the ZOOM invitation link you entered in the Lesson Platform. If a student enters a lesson, the lesson then begins.

튜터가 수업 시작 전 수업을 세팅하는 방법

TUKORS에서 튜터가 예약된 수업 시간에 학생과 수업을 하기 위해서는 약간의 수업 전 세팅을 해야 합니다. 여기서는 튜터가 어떻게 시간 맞춰 ZOOM 회의룸을 만들고 학생을 초대하는지에 대해 소개합니다.

일반적으로 TUKORS에서 수업을 진행하기 위해서는 아래의 순서로 진행해야 합니다.

1. 강의 플랫폼 불러오기

예약된 수업 중 수업 시간이 다가오는 수업은 학생 별 수업 관리 (Lesson Management) 페이지의 좌측에 있는 학생 명부에 요일 순 그리고 시간 순으로 수업 리스트가 업데이트 됩니다. 이들 수업 중 하나를 클릭하면 페이지 우측에 그 예약된 수업에 대한 정보와 각종 컨트롤 버튼이 나옵니다. 이들 컨트롤 버튼 중에는 강의 플랫폼에 들어가기  버튼이 있습니다. 이들 버튼을 눌러 강의 플랫폼을 불러옵니다

2. ZOOM 초대링크 입력하기

불러온 강의 플랫폼(Lesson Platform)은 팝업 창 형태입니다. 창 중앙에는 해당 수업에 대한 정보가 안내되어 있고, 하단에는 수업 시작하기  버튼이 위치해 있습니다. 이 수업 시작하기 버튼을 클릭하면 그 옆에 ZOOM 초대링크를 넣을 수 있는 입력박스와 업로드 버튼이 새롭게 생성됩니다. 이 입력박스에 ZOOM 초대링크를 붙여 놓고 업로드 버튼을 누릅니다.

3. 학생 기다리기

위의 2번까지 수행하였다면 수업 준비는 모두 끝났습니다. 당신은 이제 ZOOM 초대링크를 복사해왔던 ZOOM 회의 룸에서 학생을 기다리십시오. 학생은 당신이 강의 플랫폼에 입력하였던 ZOOM 초대링크를 통해 당신의 ZOOM 회의 룸으로 들어올 것입니다. 학생이 수업에 들어온다면 이제부터 수업 시작입니다.
