Here's what to do if you press the Pay button and nothing happens.

When you click the Pay button, a pop-up payment window should appear. If you experience an issue where the payment window does not appear, do not panic. First, check for the following. 

1. Check the pop-up blocking function. A payment window will appear when you press the Pay button on TUKORS. If the pop-up blocker feature is currently enabled on your device's browser, the payment window may not appear, and so it may seem as if the Pay button does not work.

Please allow pop-ups from TUKORS pages in the browser on your device. From then on, the Pay button should work.

2. Check if there is a payment window behind the current window. In the past, we have had instances of Mac devices reporting payment windows appearing behind the window they are currently viewing. If your problem with the payment window is not due to the pop-up blocker, please check whether the payment window is floating behind the window you are currently viewing.

If the reason for payment failure is not due to either of the above two reasons, please report this payment error to our support team immediately. Visit the Help Center and write a description of your problem in Contact to Support Team.

당신이 결제하기 버튼을 눌렀는데 아무 일도 일어나지 않을 경우 체크해봐야 할 내용을 설명합니다.

당신이 결제하기 버튼을 누르면 팝업 형태의 결제 창이 나와야 합니다. 만약 결제 창이 나오지 않는 현상이 발생한다면, 이 때에는 당황하지 마시고 아래의 상황인지 확인하세요

1. 팝업 차단 기능을 확인하세요. TUKORS에서 결제하기 버튼을 누르면 팝업 형태의 결제 모듈이 나타납니다. 이때 당신이 사용하는 기기의 브라우저에 팝업 차단 기능이 작동하고 있으면 결제 모듈이 나타나지 않고, 마치 결제하기 버튼이 작동하지 않는 것처럼 보입니다.

당신이 사용하고 있는 기기 브라우저에서 TUKORS 페이지에서의 팝업을 허용하십시오. 그 다음부터 결제하기 버튼이 작동할 것입니다.

2. 현재 창 뒤에 결제 창이 있는지 확인하세요. 과거 Mac 기기에서 현재 보고 있는 창 뒤에 결제 창이 나타나는 현상이 보고된 적이 있습니다. 이때 사용자는 결제를 못하고 저희에게 보고한 케이스가 보고된 적이 있습니다. 결제가 안 되는 문제가 팝업 차단 기능 때문에 결제 창이 안 뜨는 문제에서 기인하는 것이 아니라면, 당신이 현재 보고 있는 창 뒤에 결제 창이 떠있는지 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.

만약 결제가 안 되는 이유가 위의 두 가지에 기인하지 않을 경우, 즉시 저희 지원팀에 이 결제 오류를 신고하시기 바랍니다. 고객센터에 방문하여 지원팀에 문의하기에서 문제 내용을 작성해주 작성해주세요.
