Learn how to join your scheduled lessons.

You must join the lesson through the Lesson Platform when the scheduled lesson’s start time arrives. Press the lesson platform running button to load the Lesson Platform. This button is located in the upper right corner of the Learning Management page, the upper right corner of the My Lesson page, or the Current Lesson section of the My Lesson page. Click to launch the Lesson Platform.

The Lesson Platform is in the form of a pop-up window. This pop-up window contains the following content:

1. Zoom installation button: Click to install Zoom, a video conferencing program. TUKORS' lessons use Zoom, a third-party program, so you must install it before the lesson.

2. Lesson information: Information about the lesson appears. The information displayed includes the tutor's name, photo, lesson start time, and duration.

3. Change the Lesson button: Click to change the lesson time. Please note that if you change a lesson less than 6 hours left before that lesson starts, you will still have to pay the tuition fee for that lesson, and a new tuition fee for the rearranged schedule will also be deducted.

4. Preparing Lesson button: The Preparing Lesson button is placed in place of the Join Lesson button up till 5 minutes before the lesson starts. This button should not be clicked.

5. Join Lesson button: When the tutor has completed the lesson preparation, the Preparing Lesson button will change to this button. If the tutor has completed the lesson preparation early, the Preparing Lesson button will change to the Join Lesson button 5 minutes before the lesson starts.

※Caution: Please refresh the Lesson Platform 5 minutes before the lesson starts. The Preparing Lesson button does not automatically change to Join Lesson. The Join Lesson button will appear when you press the refresh button at the top of the Lesson Platform.

When you click the Join Lesson button, Zoom will automatically launch, and you will immediately enter the Zoom meeting room created by the tutor. Have a fun lesson with your tutor!

予約した授業に参加するための方法について調べます。

予約された授業の開始時間になると、レッスンプラットフォーム(Lesson Platform)を通じて授業を開始しなければならない。 レッスンプラットフォーム(Lesson Platform)を呼び寄せるためには、レッスンプラットフォーム実行ボタンを押さなければならない。 このボタンは、学習管理ページの右上またはマイ授業ページの右上、またはマイ授業ページの現在のレッスンセクションにあります。 クリックすると、レッスンプラットフォーム(Lesson Platform)が実行されます。

レッスンプラットフォーム(Lesson Platform)はポップアップウィンドウの形になっています。 このポップアップウィンドウには、次の内容があります。

    1. zoomのインストールボタン: クリックすると、テレビ会議プログラムであるzoomがインストールされます。

    TUKORSの授業にはthird partyプログラムであるzoomを利用するため、授業前に必ずインストールしなければなりません。

    2. 授業情報: 今回の授業の情報が出ます。 表示される情報は、チューター名、写真、授業開始時間、授業進行時間などです。

    3. 授業変更(Change Lesson)ボタン: クリックすると授業時間が変更できます。

    もし、授業開始が6時間以内に残った時に授業変更をすると、今の授業に対する授業料はそのまま支払い、変更した日程に対する授業料も新たに差し引かれますので、ご注意ください。

    4. 授業準備中(Preparing lesson)ボタン: 授業開始5分前までに授業参加(Join Lesson)ボタンの位置に授業準備中(Preparing lesson)ボタンがあります。 このボタンはクリックされません。

    5. 授業参加(Join Lesson)ボタン: チューターが授業準備を完了すると、授業準備中(Preparing lesson)ボタンがこのボタンに変更されます。

    もしチューターが早く授業準備を完了したら、授業開始まで5分残った時点で授業準備中(Preparing lesson)ボタンが授業参加(Join Lesson)ボタンに変更されます。

※ 注意: 授業開始5分前にレッスンプラットフォーム(Lesson Platform)をリフレッシュしてください。 授業準備中(Preparing lesson)ボタンは、自動的に授業参加(Join Lesson)に変更されません。 レッスンプラットフォーム上段のリフレッシュボタンを押すと、授業参加(Join Lesson)ボタンが表示されます。

授業参加(Join Lesson)ボタンをクリックするとzoomが自動的に実行され、チューターが作成したzoomミーティングルームにすぐに入場します。 チューターと楽しい授業を行ってください。

예약한 수업을 참여하기 위한 방법에 대해 알아봅니다.

예약된 수업의 시작 시간이 되면 레슨 플랫폼을 통해서 수업을 시작해야 한다. 레슨 플랫폼을 불러오기 위해서는 레슨 플랫폼 실행 버튼을 눌러야 한다. 이 버튼은 학습관리 페이지의 우측 상단이나 내 수업 페이지의 우측 상단 또는 내 수업 페이지의 현재 레슨 섹션에 위치해 있습니다. 클릭하면 레슨 플랫폼이 실행됩니다.

레슨 플랫폼은 팝업 창 형태로 되어 있습니다. 이 팝업창에는 다음의 내용이 있습니다.

1. zoom 설치 버튼 : 클릭하면 화상회의 프로그램인 zoom이 설치됩니다. TUKORS의 수업에는 third party 프로그램인 zoom을 이용하기 때문에 수업 전에 반드시 설치해야 합니다

2. 수업 정보 : 이번 수업의 정보가 나옵니다. 보여주는 정보는 튜터 이름, 사진, 수업 시작시간, 수업 진행 시간 등입니다.

3. 수업 변경 버튼 : 클릭하면 수업시간을 변경할 수 있습니다. 만약 수업 시작 6시간 이내로 남았을 때 수업 변경을 하게 되면, 지금 수업에 대한 수업료는 그대로 지불하고 변경한 일정에 대한 수업료도 새로 차감하니 주의하시기 바랍니다.

4. 수업 준비 중 버튼 : 수업 시작 5분 전까지는 수업 참여하기(Join Lesson) 버튼 자리에 수업 준비중(Preparing lesson) 버튼이 위치합니다. 이 버튼은 클릭되지 않습니다.

5. 수업 참여하기 버튼 : 튜터가 수업 준비를 완료하면 수업 준비 중 버튼이 이 버튼으로 변경됩니다. 만약 튜터가 일찍 수업 준비를 완료하였다면, 수업 시작이 5분 남은 시점에 수업 준비 중 버튼이 수업 참여하기 버튼으로 변경됩니다. 

※주의: 수업 시작 5분 전에 레슨 플랫폼을 리프레시 하십시오. 수업 준비 중 버튼은 자동으로 수업 참여하기로 변경되지 않습니다. 레슨 플랫폼 상단의 리플레시 버튼을 누르면 수업 참여하기 버튼이 나타날 것입니다.

수업 참여하기 버튼을 클릭하면 zoom이 자동 실행되고 튜터가 생성한 zoom 미팅룸으로 바로 입장합니다. 튜터와 즐거운 수업을 진행하세요.
