Learn about time zone settings.

TUKORS is an educational platform used by people all over the world. People living in different time zones meet at an arranged time to study Korean. To ensure this meeting takes place, it is important to enter your time zone accurately.

It is automatically set to the same time zone as the time zone set on the computer you use when signing up for TUKORS. So, in most cases, it is not a big problem, even if you do not set it separately.

However, if the computer's time zone setting differs from the time zone where the user lives, the user's time and the TUKORS account's time will be different.

If the time in your area differs from that in your TUKORS account, the actual time of the lesson you book on TUKORS will also be different.



To resolve this issue, check the time zone set in your account at least once after signing up.

To check and adjust your time zone, go to the Account page in Settings. Select your city from the list, which will automatically set the corresponding time zone. Ensure your city is correct. If not, simply change it to your city.

Once you have set your city, click the Save Setting button at the bottom of the page to save your settings.

시간대 설정에 대해 알아보자

TUKORS는 전 세계 사람들이 이용하는 교육 플랫폼입니다. 서로 다른 시간대에 사는 사람들이 약속된 시간에 만나 한국어를 공부합니다. 이러한 만남이 성사되게 하기 위해서는 자신의 시간대를 정확하게 입력하는 것이 중요합니다.

TUKORS에서 가입할 때 이용하는 컴퓨터에 설정된 시간대와 동일한 시간대로 자동 설정됩니다. 그래서 대부분의 경우 따로 설정하지 않아도 크게 문제가 되지는 않습니다.

그러나 만약 컴퓨터의 시간대 설정을 사용자의 실제 사는 지역의 시간대가 다를 겨우, 사용자의 시간과 TUKORS 계정의 시간이 서로 어긋나게 됩니다.

만약 당신이 사는 지역의 시간과 TUKORS 계정의 시간이 어긋나면, 당신은 TUKORS에서 예약하는 수업도 실제 시간과 달라질 것입니다.



이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 회원가입 후 최소한 한번은 자신의 계정에 설정된 시간대를 확인해봐야 합니다.

시간대 확인은 설정의 계정 페이지에서 확인 가능합니다. 여기서는 도시를 선택하면 그 도시의 시간대가 설정되도록 되어 있습니다. 자신이 사는 도시가 올바르게 선택되어 있는지 확인하세요. 만약 다른 도시가 선택되어 있다면 자신의 도시로 변경하세요.

도시를 설정하였다면 페이지 하단의 Save Setting 버튼을 눌러 설정을 저장하세요.
